Job Description

An established leader in the distribution and service of power tools and power transmission products is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH . We specialize in serving a broad range of customers in the manufacturing and construction industries and are looking for a motivated professional with a strong background in business accounting and customer service.

What we can do for YOU:

• Pay: $$55-60k/yr; based on experience
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• PTO

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting activities
• Communicate and follow up with customers and sales personnel
• Prepare cost estimates and generate customer quotes
• Enter sales orders into ERP system
• Create and manage purchase orders for vendors
• Expedite purchase orders and provide delivery updates to vendors and customers
• Handle invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting
• 2–5 years of experience in business accounting and customer service, preferably in an industrial or distribution setting
• Proficient in ERP systems (Epicor-P21 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting, sales processes, order entry, quoting, and purchasing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
