A highly regarded fine dining restaurant is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance consistent with fine dining expectations
• Manage daily operations, including reservations, floor plans, and service execution
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen-to-dining room coordination
• Monitor guest feedback and handle service recovery promptly and graciously
• Assist with scheduling, inventory control, budgeting, and financial performance
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
• Strong floor presence and guest engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and elevated service standards
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
