Gamoran Legal Consulting is working with a nationally recognized law firm that is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group within the Entertainment, Sports & Media Industry Group. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, top-tier transactional work, and global client base spanning the US, UK, EU, and Asia.
This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile matters involving leading studios, production companies, financiers, and distributors. The team handles a wide range of media-related corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, intellectual property deals, and licensing agreements.

Salary:
The salary range in Century City for this role is $260,000–$310,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
