**Position:** Lumper and General Labor (Warehouse Associate) **Location:** Rialto & Fontana **Shift:** AM or PM Shift Available **Pay Rate:** $18 AM SHIFT- $19 PM SHIFT / per hour We are hiring Lumpers and General Labor (Warehouse Associates) to support daily warehouse operations at a local logistics company. This role requires unloading/loading freight, moving products, and ensuring efficiency in warehouse operations. If you are reliable, hardworking, and looking for an opportunity in logistics, we encourage you to apply! **Key Responsibilities:** - Manually load and unload freight from containers, trailers, and trucks. - Sort, stack, and palletize goods according to warehouse procedures. - Perform quality checks to ensure products are damage-free. - Work efficiently to meet productivity goals. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies (PPE required). **Requirements:** - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. - Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. - Prior experience in a warehouse or lumping role preferred but not required. - Ability to work a 4+1 schedule (four weekdays + one weekend day). **Why Work With Us?** Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Fast-paced work environment Weekly pay & direct deposit options On-the-job training provided **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
