Job Description

The Housekeeping Manager at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick is responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness
Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in housekeeping or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
