Pegasus Tech Ventures' Non-Profit partner organization is currently seeking a Japanese / English bilingual Director role.

It is a nonprofit organization that tackles various social and environmental problems with the goal of achieving world peace via unifying the world and creating a world without wars. The organization also strives to educate people around the world about peace and what it takes to get there. It is a US organization that is powered by main organizers from Japan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operational, marketing, partnership, etc. activities of the organization
• Outline specific project details, and execute according to plans
• Lead and participate in various external relations projects
• Analyze issues and propose solutions to overcome them
• Manage relationship with Nobel Prize laureates
• Manage marketing and raise public awareness of the organization's goals
• Ensure sustainable and effective management of the organization
• Develop long and short-term plans and goals for the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years' experience in project management
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Good communication skills in both English & Japanese
• Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills
• Good analytical skills
• Sound understanding of legal matters and government systems
• Passion for world peace
• Solid knowledge on international relations
• Be able to travel as needed
