In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in delivering exceptional nursing practice, clinical consultation, and geriatric services.

As the Resident Care Coordinator, LPN you’ll be a clinical leader where you'll audit, educate, and coach our dedicated care team, fostering a learning environment that strives for best practices.
Your problem-solving skills and keen eye for quality will make you an invaluable asset, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and promoting a safe, nurturing environment.
