Civitas is looking for a results-driven New Manufactured Home Sales Consultant to join our team at Astoria Crossing in Crowley, TX ! Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with all assigned leads daily via phone, email, and text using CRM workflows
• Adhere to provided sales scripts during initial calls, follow-ups, and in-person tours
• Log all lead activities and updates consistently in HubSpot CRM
• Handle incoming phone and web inquiries promptly and set qualified appointments
• Conduct on-site property tours and match buyers to inventory that fits their needs
• Assist buyers through every step — from first inquiry to final closing
• Work alongside our loan and closing coordinator to ensure client needs are met.
• Make service follow-up calls within 48 hours after home closing and request referrals
• Self-generate new buyer leads through social networking and referral partnerships
• Stay current on inventory availability, pricing, and market trends
• Report to work on scheduled days, on time for assigned shifts (Saturday & Sunday required)
• Attend mandatory weekly sales training (Mondays at 10 AM) and ongoing coaching
• Utilize HubSpot (or similar CRM) to track and manage leads effectively

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience 
• Manufactured housing, Multi-Family or New Home sales preferred but not required. We offer great training!
• Relentless follow-up mentality — no lead left behind
• Strong ability to follow a proven sales script and system
• Self-motivated and goal-driven — able to work independently without handholding
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM to manage a pipeline
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday shifts are required)
• Active TDHCA Manufactured Housing Sales License preferred but not required
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
