Job Brief
The People Experience Business Partner aligns business goals with employee and leadership needs across designated units. Serving as a strategic advisor, this role supports leaders on people-related matters, champions employee experience, and drives organizational change. It proactively identifies workforce needs and collaborates with HR and business teams to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions. The role may include international responsibilities and requires strong business insight, including understanding financials, strategic plans, culture, and competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
Champion a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle. Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, inclusion, and well-being.
Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee adoption. Act as a change agent to foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
Partner with Learning & Development to identify growth opportunities and career pathways. Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.
Guide performance management processes to drive accountability and high performance. Promote a culture aligned with company values and business objectives.
Use people analytics to inform decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Monitor key HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Address complex employee relations issues with fairness and consistency. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, DEI) to deliver integrated solutions.
Support global HR initiatives and ensure alignment across regions, where applicable.
Maintain a deep understanding of the business unit's strategy, financials, and competitive landscape.
Translate business needs into people strategies that drive result
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
Proven experience supporting senior leaders and driving people strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience working in global or multicultural environments is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
Deep understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
Proficiency in using HRIS systems and people analytics tools to inform decisions.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple regions (if applicable).
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
Ability to build trust and strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives in fast-paced environments.
