Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter/HR Manager (REMOTE) for a full-time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners in South Florida. They are a rapidly growing, innovative, and industry leading healthcare practice.

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on person to play a crucial role in managing and executing all aspects of human resources and recruitment. You will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent, as well as fostering a positive and productive work environment. You should be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee all Recruitment, Human Resources and Employee Engagement.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with function heads to understand their hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct all reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the employee performance evaluation processes and career development initiatives.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, which includes team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Proficient experience in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong experience creating recruiting campaigns and messaging.
  • Experience sourcing, networking, and building relationships with future candidates.
  • Experience with ADP and Loxo is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to use a high level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for networking or recruiting events.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
