About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive  Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment and HR team during a period of growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong scheduling and coordination skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in streamlining our interview process and ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

Whether you have a solid administrative background or are a recent HR graduate eager to gain hands-on experience, this position offers a great opportunity to grow within a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews across all stages of the hiring process (phone screens, manager interviews, final rounds)
• Coordinate logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
• Provide ad hoc operational support to ensure seamless execution of recruiting and HR functions of 
• Post confidential job openings and support related recruitment tasks
• Assist with HR initiatives such as organizing performance reviews from systems like Lattice
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to keep hiring efforts on track
• Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for all scheduling and coordination needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid administrative or coordination experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing multiple schedules and shifting priorities
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with HR or recruiting processes is a plus—but not required
• Interest in HR as a long-term career path is welcomed

• Must be available to work on-site in San Diego (remote is not an option)
