How You'll Shine:Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations with owners in our state-of-the-art sales centerEstablish commonality and build rapport with current ownersCommunicate the benefits of traveling with Hilton Grand VacationsGenerate sales through initializing transactions and applying accurate closing techniquesAttend all scheduled training sessions and department meetingsKeep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trendsProvide follow-up with owners to increase retention and client satisfactionAll leads are provided and prequalified by Hilton's award-winning on-site marketing team!What You'll Bring:3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferredAbility to overcome objections and perform within a short sales cycleAbility to handle rejectionProfessional appearance and positive demeanor within a high-energy environmentGeneral knowledge of smart devicesHow You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
