About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team remotely, focusing on supporting sales operations in South America. In this role, you will provide essential support to sales staff, engage with customers, and ensure smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales teams with administrative tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
- Directly interact with customers to process orders, respond to inquiries, and provide support.
- Manage company emails, addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate documentation throughout the sales cycle.

Core Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, assisting sales teams.
- Strong communication skills with experience in customer service, taking orders, and handling inquiries.
- Proficiency in email communication and managing customer support functions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying organized and efficient.
