Benefits Responsibilities * Maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with customers as the first point of contact for Service * Perform and document walk-around inspections of customer vehicles during service intake * Effectively communicate with customers about inspection results and recommending corrective procedures * Managing customer complaints and concerns to find a resolution quickly and effectively * Working closely with the Service team as well as Parts and Accessories team to provide the best service to the customer * Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
