Works with Director to plan budget, staffing needs, and oversee competency of nursing staff. Provides leadership in growth and development of new services in area(s) of clinical supervision. Demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning, directing, and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance with the N.H. Nurse Practice Act, recognized nursing techniques, and both clinical and administrative policiesSPECIFIC ELEMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Works cooperatively with other services to create a system of quality health care.2. Determines staffing requirements3. Assists with interviewing, hiring personnel and disciplinary actions for department4. Assists director with developing yearly budget and other financial issues such as maintaining PLUS, staffing matrix, and supply management5. Conducts performance management6. Provides leadership in growth and development of new services in area(s) of clinical supervision. 7.
