Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Independent Travel Agent to join our team! In this contract, remote role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs by making reservations, organizing travel plans, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in helping clients with both leisure and business travel while promoting and selling travel services that best suit their needs.

Responsibilities:

Make travel arrangements and reservations for clients, ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with their preferences.
Offer outstanding customer service by providing knowledgeable and friendly support throughout the booking process and during travel.
Promote and sell travel services, helping clients find the best options tailored to their requirements.
Keep up to date with industry trends, special deals, and new destinations to provide the best recommendations.
Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone and email, offering clear and concise information.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in making travel arrangements and reservations.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients in a positive and professional manner.
Proven ability to sell and promote travel services, with a genuine interest in helping others plan their travels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, managing your time effectively in a remote environment.
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
