**Responsibilities** **Mercy Medical Group (MMG)** is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our multi-specialty group in the Sacramento, CA area. **Highlights** + Very competitive sign-on bonus of up to 125k or 100k loan repayment/85k sign on + Join an established group of OB/GYN Physicians + Incoming physician would be based out of Mercy San Juan Medical Center in Carmichael, CA + Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center + 50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology + Experience/interest in high-risk OB is preferred + Robotics available, though not required + Shareholder track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable benefits + Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals + Compensation Range: $350,000 - $355,000 / Year **Qualifications** + A valid and unrestricted California medical license + Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) + Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program **Patient Care:** Diagnose and treat various medical conditions. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories. **Communication:** Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Provide clear and concise medical information. Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. **Diagnostic Procedures:** Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging. Perform procedures as needed Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation. **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions. Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers. **Quality Improvement:** Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives. Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement. Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety. **Compliance:** Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice. Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards. **Continuous Learning:** Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices. Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
